Deaf Connect

the deaf are often neglected…

So Deaf Connect is an initiative we started a few years back to help better the lives of the Deaf across India.

Here is what we are doing:

• Sign language trainings to equip communicators, teachers and students in deaf schools

• Introducing Indian Sign Language to hearing communities to improve communication between deaf and hearing people

• Financial counseling as well as psychological counseling for the deaf

• Finding job opportunities and facilitating job placement for the deaf

• Assistance in other ways as needed to help the deaf overcome obstacles they face
