Losing Their Lives for Jesus' Sake
Most of these Gospel servants are first generation Christian believers who have a powerful testimony of how the Lord Jesus has dramatically transformed their lives. They have left their previous vocations to follow the Lord's call to full time Kingdom work. Not only that, they are shunned by their families and communities because they have decided to follow Christ. Because of their love for Him, they lay down their lives to go to places where there are no other believers and preach the Gospel to the poor. The downtrodden people they are reaching with the love and hope of Jesus are people who would not be reached by established churches. In addition to all these sacrifices, the Jesus Family workers serve in an environment where their lives are constantly in danger.
A Team Approach
Christ Community Ministries provides systematic oversight and accountability, as well as training and encouragement for these servants of the Gospel. For their financial support, CCM relies on sponsors who can send $50 per month to allow these workers to evangelize and disciple new believers on a full time basis. This is an amazing opportunity for a donor to be personally involved in sponsoring an evangelist in India.
