Management
Will Turkington President & Executive Director
Will grew up a pastor's kid, earning a degree in Economics from Taylor University and an MBA from Morehead State University. During 28 years in the business world Will's areas of experience ranged from Financial Analysis to Business Development to General Management to Entrepreneur. He began serving as a board member for Fishhook in 1995 and has been President since 1998. In all of these roles Will sees God's hand at work in preparing him for this time of Kingdom building in India. Will's challenge is to lead Fishhook in ways that will honor God, foster relationships, and hold up the hands of our Indian partners.
Kim Turkington Manager of Business & Communications
In her role with Fishhook International Kim oversees the organization's administrative and accounting functions as well as communications with donors and other constituents. Kim's background is in financial analysis and investments. While working in the Treasury group at Ashland, Inc. she earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation as well as an MBA degree. Her undergraduate degrees from Centre College are in Economics and Spanish. Other roles have included full time mom to two sons, home school teacher for three years , and volunteer and board member for the local crisis pregnancy center, an adoption agency and her church congregation. Kim also has a heart for prayer and has written a Bible Study for newly diagnosed cancer patients based on her first-hand experience with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Andrea Clemons
Andrea is a realtor in Lexington, Kentucky. Previously she spent 14 years at Lexmark International. February 2004 marked a turning point for Andrea as the Lord worked in her heart in a powerful way. As a result she renewed her commitment to His call on her life. Then in 2005 Andrea met Ghuna Kumar of Gospel Friends. She made her first trip to India the following January. She has a special love for Gospel Friends and for the people of India.
Dale Ditto
Dale is a Vice President for Investments with UBS in Lexington KY and previously spent 20 years in private practice as an attorney. He has been married to Louisa since 1983 and they have 5 sons, Will, Stewart, David, Jack and Daniel. Dale has served many Christian non-profits including CBMC, Kentucky Harvest of Lexington, and A Helping Hand Adoption Agency.
John Gillispie
After 40 years in the construction business, John is now involved in commercial and residential rentals and a promising encryption technology start-up company. John and Joyce were married in 1966, and they have four sons: Jon, Craig, Brian and Michael. After graduating from Asbury College, John and Joyce spent two years at Kentucky’s Red Bird Mission. John has worked on mission trips, coached high school basketball, and pastored two churches in Southern Indiana for 17 years.
Stephen Johnson
Stephen is the owner and operator of Stephen Johnson & Associates Christian Counseling Center based in Lexington, Kentucky. Stephen started in the banking industry in 1960 and after 20 years answered God’s call to full time Christian Psychotherapy. He is married to the former Barbara Munns. Stephen is involved in several ministries and boards and has been a radio host for over 8 years.
Tim Hamilton
Tim is the owner and principal agent of the Hamilton Nationwide Insurance Agency in Lexington, Kentucky. He graduated from Western Kentucky University. Tim and Sherry were married in 1973, have two adult children, Dusty and Misty, and five grandchildren. Tim has been the Lay Representative to Annual Conference for Christ United Methodist Church for since the mid 1990’s.
Bill Hill
After graduating from Asbury College, Bill founded a marketing company selling yellow page advertising. Using his ability to manage and motivate those he worked with he grew and then sold this company and is now semi-retired. He has been married to the former Chad Halford since 1980, and they have two sons Wes and Jarrod. Bill has also worked with Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, FCA, and the Mark Mitchell Home for Abused Children.
Lou Mason
Originally from North Carolina, Lou graduated from Asbury College and the University of Kentucky. After working in the IT industry for Unisys, Honeywell and his own company for 35 years, he has been in real estate since 2001. Lou and the former Karen Hinerman have been married since 1966 and have three sons: Matt, Rocky and Jim, and four grandchildren. Lou has worked with the Foundation for United Methodists since 1983.
Tim Philpot Chairman
Tim currently serves as Fayette Circuit Judge in the Family Division in Lexington, Kentucky. After graduating from the University of Kentucky School of Law he was a trial attorney, state Senator in Kentucky, and International President for CBMC. Tim and the former Susan Davis have been married since 1971. Tim is involved in numerous ministries and and currently serves on the board of the Friends of the Good Samaritans.
Will Turkington
Will is the Executive Director of Fishhook and also consults in the area of logistics automation for petroleum distribution. After graduating from Taylor University with a degree in Economics, he earned an MBA and worked for 28 years in the petroleum industry. He and Kim have been married since 1982 and have two sons, Daniel and Isaac. Will has led a local Habitat for Humanity chapter, church mission teams, and Crown Ministries groups.
